From a great limestone terroir, cooled by sea breezes from the Pacific Ocean, this is vinified – with daily battonage – in French oak barrels.
One of Chile’s best Chardonnays, it has almost Burgundian precision – it is rich, complex, with mineral character from the chalk terroir, and an underlying salinity. Very long. Comparable to a Premier Cru Chablis in a very ripe year. A stunner!
