This lovely white is a very rare beast! It’s a white mutation of the red Tempranillo grape. The grapes are sourced from vineyards at around 600m altitude and are harvested in early October. It has a pretty floral nose with a silky texture, citrus and pineapple flavours, crisp acidity and good length.
