This is a brilliant blend from two vineyards with different terroirs – 30% is from the Talinay vineyard which has a limestone soil from an ancient marine terrace and 70% is from the Espinal vineyard with its volcanic, stony soil.   The wine was aged in French oak for 12 months.
There is strawberry and smoky plum on the nose.  In the mouth the texture is silky with redcurrant and raspberry fruit and a soft, gentle finish.    This is an elegant, complex & stylish Pinot Noir.  Available elsewhere for £14.99…
