This very special Marlborough Sauvignon is made from grapes from variety of carefully selected soil types – gravels provide tropical flavours, clay loams produce citrus notes and deep silty soils lift the aromatic quality. Only best parcels are used.
The fruit is cold-fermented in stainless steel tanks to retain the pure fruit flavours, followed by extended lees contact to improve texture and complexity.
Passion fruit, gooseberries and tropical fruit abound – with racy acidity at the finish.  Elsewhere it retails for £14.95 – great value for this quality!
