From Galicia, these Godello vines grow on clay / granite soils at around 700m altitude on the slopes of the Verin valley. Grapes are hand-picked and gently pressed before undergoing stainless steel fermentation at cool temperatures.
It has a honeyed, citrus nose with some tropical fruit flavours, a hint of gooseberry, a savoury element and long finish with a bitter twist of almonds. Delightful!
