This wine hails from Lazio, not far from Rome and the vines grow on volcanic soils. The Malvasia Puntinata is a local variation on the Malvasia.

Pale straw in colour, it has a vibrant nose of dried fruits with a hint of almonds. There is good concentration on the palate with flavours of peach and pear, followed by an almond twist and good acidity. It has a great freshness and finishes on a mineral note.
