This delightful Sancerre is a new addition to our list. From 19 ha of Sauvignon Blanc planted on chalky clay soil, this was fermented in stainless steel and left on the lees for five months, adding texture.
There is a gentle blackcurrant leaf nose which leads into a racy, elegant mouthful of gooseberry fruit with a flinty finish and good length.
