Of the many Viogniers we tasted this year, Pascal’s was our favourite!
Pale lemon in colour with a pretty apricot nose and a hint of honeysuckle. There is nice concentration on the palate with lovely mouthfeel, apricots and lychees, gentle balancing acidity and good length. This is an elegant style of Viognier, and will go well with Sushi and Chinese food, or just enjoy it on it’s own!
