Made from Viognier 65%, Chardonnay 20%, the indigenous Lebanese variety Obeidi 10% & Muscat of Alexandria 5%, this is vinified in stainless steel over 10 days. Grapes come from 15–20-year-old vines, indigenous yeasts are used to improve complexity and there is no malolactic fermentation.
It has a wonderful floral, honeysuckle nose with hints of Muscat grapes. On the palate it is full of apricot and peach flavours, finishing with great freshness. Great aperitif or perfect with charcuterie.
