This new wine from Marc Cabrol is made from 55% Syrah & 45% Grenache. Twenty percent of the wine is aged in older oak barrels.
Deep in colour, there are black fruits on the nose with atractive hints of vanilla. On the palate it is very soft with juicy blackberry/cranberry compote flavours and very little tannin. Delicious, it’s all too easy to drink!
