This is more full bodied, complex and intense than their standard Chablis. The nose is very much Chablis with an earthy, chalky element. There is crystalised fruit with chalky elements on the nose In the mouth it is round and ripe, with apples, honey and herbs – with the complexity that only comes from 50-year-old vines and a small portion of oak-aged wine in the blend. A treat!
