AOP Saint Chinian
Made from an eclectic mix of Roussanne 50 %, Carignan blanc 20 %, Grenache blanc 10 %, Viognier 8 % and vermentino 8 % completed with a little Chenin Blanc and Petit Manseng from different terroirs.
Fermented in newly acquired ceramic eggs, the wine was aged in oak barrels for three months with daily battonage. There is a lovely nose of white flowers, which leads into a gorgeous mouthful of stone fruits and mango, very complex and finishing long with gentle acidity.
