This is their flagship white and the emphasis is on finesse and floral aromas.
It is blend of 70% Roussanne, 10% Grenache Blanc and 20% Carignan Blanc. After low temperature fermentation, the wine is transferred to new oak barrels for just two months before being transferred back to steel vats for further ageing
There are delightful aromas of white flowers and bergamote orange, and there is lovely mouthfeel on the palate with great elegance and minerality, finishing with an aromatic twist and a hint of almonds.
