Fantastic fruit from very low yields, vinified in open top wood fermenters, then aged for 20 months in old barriques. Deep in colour, blackcurrant and pencil shavings on the nose, rich succulent cassis fruit on the palate, hints of bell-pepper, soft tannins and very long.  A star!
