Paul Boutinot’s award-winning red from Waterkloof is handcrafted from Merlot, Syrah, Cabernet, Mourvèdre, Petit Verdot and Cinsault.
There is a plummy/herbaceous nose with hints of pepper.  In the mouth there is gorgeous plum and blackberry fruit with a hint of spice and soft tannins at the finish.
It’s a delightful mix of Bordeaux and the Rhône!  Fabulous value.
