This is a blend of Grenache Noir and Grenache Gris which is kept under nitrogen on the lees for 3 months before bottling.
It is a pale onion skin colour – the palest rosé we’ve ever imported. On the palate, it is a gorgeous mouthful of cherry, strawberry and raspberry with a great texture, perfect balance and finishing with a saline twist. Totally delicious!
