We’ve been busy stocktaking and tasting some of the older bottles that we have found tucked away in various bins in the cellars. A number of our current wines will be replaced with newer vintages. Some of the older wines are no longer available. We are discounting them both to make room for new wines.
The wines under 10 years old are all in good condition. The older ones – all are drinkable. In fact some have aged beautifully and are sublime, although a few are fading.
