Domaine Vedilhan Viogner 2015 
IGP Pays d’Oc
A classic Viognier from a small grower.
It has an apricot/floral nose, and on the palate it has lovely mouthfeel with apricot flavours, hints of ginger and exotic spices, and a bitter twist at the finish with good length. A great aperitif, this is also a great accompaniment for Chinese or fusion food.

Beauvignac Picpoul de Pinet, Medaille d’Or Paris 2015
AOC Côteaux du Languedoc
This is a longstanding favourite of ours. Picpoul de Pinet is the only white grape variety entitled to its own appellation in the Languedoc – all the others are Vins de Pays. Unlike many other Picpouls, this spends some time on the lees before bottling, which gives it much more flavour.
It is packed with juicy, crunchy fruit and has a lovely racy, yeasty finish. In style it is captures the best of Chablis and Muscadet, and for this reason is the perfect partner for seafood, especially shellfish.  It is consistently one of the best Picpouls in the area.

Le Cazalou 2015
IGP d’Oc
Merlot with the addition of some Syrah and Grenache make up this inspired blend.  It is a bright young purple colour with a mouth-watering fruity nose. On the palate this is full of vivid raspberry and blackcurrant fruit, with a hint of liquorice at the finish – all too easy to drink! Try it chilled in the garden. Simple but delicious!

Les Larmes du Volcan 2014
AOP Languedoc
Made with 60% Syrah, 35% Grenache and 5% Mourvèdre, grown in the volcanic terroir of the local hills surrounding Fontès, the grapes are vinified at a carefully controlled temperature, and no oak is used, to maximise the vibrant fruit.
It is deep in colour with a racy nose of blackcurrant and cherries. In the mouth it is deliciously fruity with loads of black cherry fruit, a velvety texture, hints of chocolate and soft, ripe tannins.
