Harvested in the early hours of the morning to maintain maximum freshness, vinification is at a low temperature to maximise fruit flavours. It is not oaked.
There is an inviting smoky/toasty nose which leads into a soft mouthful of exotic peach and mango fruit, finishing with a long nutty finish.
Textbook Chardonnay!
