Domaine des Tourelles Vieilles Vignes Carignan 2018

Made from a low-yielding block of 50-year old vines, this is both vinified and aged in concrete fermenters to maintain the wonderful fruit flavours of old vines.
The nose has an exotic mix of ripe fig, bright cranberry and raspberry fruit with notes of liquorice.  On the palate there are beautifully ripe red fruits, with hints of dates and figs and there is a wonderful fresh acidity running throughout the whole.
