There is a green tinge to the colour, with a citrusy, yeasty mouth-watering nose. On the palate there is great concentration, lovely mouthfeel, racy acidity and a long mineral aftertaste.
It is superb with fish, especially shellfish, and resembles a good Chablis in style.
