This delicious blend of 50% Cabernet Franc, 30% Mourvèdre and 20% Grenache is perfect for easy drinking, especially in the Summer.
The grapes are all hand-picked and each variety is fermented separately before being matured in large oak casks for just six months.
It is a bright purple colour with a vibrant nose of red currants and bramble jelly with hints of the wild herbs of the garrigue. On the palate it is full of soft brambly fruit with a herbaceous edge, mild soft tannin and some length.
Perfect easy drinking, especially for Summer snacks.
